Rosebud Country Inn Pies at Horseshoe Canyon

Rosebud Country Inn took dozens of pies out to the Country Market at Horseshoe Canyon on Saturday, and then later that day we were honoured to be a part of the Long Table Dinner put on by Kneehill County for Open Farm Days. The meal was prepared by renowned Calgary Chefs Paul Rogalski of Rouge, Pierre Lamielle of Top Chef Canada, and Ryan O'Flynn, past winner of the Canadian Culinary Championships. Over one hundred guests enjoyed a mouthwatering four-course meal, made with home-grown and locally sourced ingredients. We were proud to serve dessert - our famous Saskatoon pie and whipping cream!
