In the past two weeks, there has been a lot of work going on here at the Inn! The Christmas decorations are up, three trees have been decorated, new blinds have been put on the windows in the upstairs rooms, the Christmas lights outside are aglow. The Christmas play, Miracle on 34th Street, has begun at the Rosebud Theatre - there's a very palpable Spirit of Christmas is in the air!!
Ken and I went and saw Miracle on 34th Street last Friday night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Seeing one of our staff, Bethany, in the play was a real highlight. Tickets for the play are being snapped up quickly. I have only a few dates left for Theatre Packages – December 7, 14, 19, 20, and 21. That’s it! The students at Rosebud School of the Arts are also doing a Christmas show – Frank Dickens Christmas. It is at 4:30 every Thursday, Friday and Saturday on the Studio Stage, beginning on Saturday, November 26. Tickets are $18.00 each. If you have already booked into the Inn and would like to add this play to your itinerary, just let me know and I will order the tickets for you
Some 2017 Additions –We are planning a Valentine’s event on the weekend of February 10 and 11. It will begin with a dessert concert at 7:30 pm on the 10th with a wonderful duo named Elsa and Foster. I have heard them a few times and have been very impressed each time. We have more plans for Saturday but they are just being finalized. As soon as we have our ducks in a row, we will send you the official itinerary and welcome your reservations!! Call to reserve: 1-866-677-2211
Another event we are planning is a Dinosaur Weekend with our resident dinosaur bone hunter extraordinaire, Bill Bloss. Come and spend the weekend indulging your inner palaeontologist.
